Shipping

All shipments made outside Bogota by Calyx SAS are supported by the transport company(s) TCC, Interrapidisimo and Servientrega and are carried out only in Colombian territory.

Any shipment within the city of Bogota and/or nationally will have a value designated by the Calyx SAS company

Once your product is shipped, you will be notified to the registered contact at the time of purchase indicating the number of the guide with which your product is dispatched for its respective follow-up.

DELIVERY TIMES

The delivery time for all products purchased by our online store range from 1 to 15 business days for delivery, which will be counted from the date of approval of the transaction.

The delivery of the products is established by the carrier(s) to be delivered from Monday to Friday at times from 7:30 am to 6:00 Pm and Saturday from 7:30 am to 1:00 Pm, in case the recipient will NOT find the package enter the process of reissue and can take up to 3 additional defts.

For orders placed on weekends, or holidays, delivery time will be extended by an extra 1 or 2 business days.

SHIPPING RULES AND RESTRICTIONS

Orders will be shipped only on business days which are cataloged from Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays from Colombia.

All deliveries will be accompanied by an acknowledgement of receipt called a dispatch order.

Shipping costs will not be refunded in case an order is claimed at any point ofsale.

Delivery times are subject to road restrictions assigned by the Ministry of Transport and this may have an impact on the extension of delivery times.

We reserve the right to cancel your order if you are notified as fraudulent on the payment gateway platform.
